SpielWerk is a small community toystore located in the heart of Sellwood's Antique Row. Our mission is to get children back to the real "werk" of childhood, play. We believe toys are the tools of this important werk, and as such, should be be appropriate to successfully prepare the child for life. Through cooperative, imaginative play, these toys inspire the growth of personal development and foster a deep sense of responsibility and compassion for the human and environmental community. We would like to see children unleash their individual potential and grow into healthy, contributing human beings with the use of our tools.
