Italian languageScuola Italiana di Portland DescriptionScuola Italiana di Portland offers Italian language and cultural enrichment programs to both children and adults. Our Reggio Emilia inspired preschool, which is located in the Zimmerman Community Center in the Pearl District, is taught by native Italian and published children’s author, Lara Carnovali. Lara is an accredited teacher with many years of experience teaching elementary age students in Milan, Italy. We also offer after-school and weekend language classes for children and adults (beginner, intermediate and advanced classes) and summer camps for children ages 3 to 12 at several Portland area locations.
