BOOTCAMP 2008

Bootcamp is back with a new attitude.

Recess's Boot Camp is back with a new attitude. If you want a camp that is going to kick your hiney, exhaust you, make you hurt and then as soon as you stop you gain it all back - well - then this camp is NOT for you.

If you want the tools, information, motivation and a fun, positive environment where the results will last you a lifetime then Recess' Health Immersion Package is for you.

It's the same as our old boot camp (for all of the alumni out there who wouldn't trade it for the world), but renamed to more clearly communicate Recess' totally holistic and long-lasting approach.

2008 Health Immersion goes from 6/16-8/18.

Monday & Wednesday, 6:15-7:15 p.m.
Saturday 10-11 a.m.

The camp includes:

* Pre and post body composition/fitness assessment
* All of our personalized reports
* Seminars on nutrition, cooking, exercise and integrative arts like yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Budokon, etc.

The Proof Is In The Pudding
Three days a week for two straight months, a group that started off as strangers got together for an hour with the goal of getting fit boot camp style. They stretched, kicked, crunched, and cooked, and in the end what they reaped was far more than just stronger muscles and tighter bodies, they also gained lasting healthy habits and a feeling of community.
