Hoop Fitness Classes-the most fun work out ever!!!

If you do not have your own sports hoop one will be provided.

Morning classes just for parents or caregivers...
bring the kids...the more the merrier.

I am the mother of six...I think this is the best mom's work out. Check it out!!

Tuesdays and Wednesday at 11am to noon
Wenesday nights at 7-8PM (no kids at the evening class please.)
