Henny Penny Hen Knitting Class for Children

Children will expand on the basics of knitting by practicing the skill of casting on and casting off. Using a knitted square, children will simply fold and sew to bring about Henny Penny's shape. This fun and simple craft makes a wonderful toy or gift for children and the basic skills learned can be reapplied to all sorts of other ideas. This is a beginning knitting class, but some prior knitting experience is best.
